Use this professional pastry cream to fill pastries, donuts, and crepes. It makes a wonderful filling for layered cakes or use it as a dessert topping. Upon defrosting, I found some curdling. I added a little cornstarch and whisked it for a short while. It again became extremely smooth and creamy. The flavor is superb. The flavor was excellent, as was the consistency. I will buy more. However, I would appreciate knowing how long I can keep it in the frig????

Tried this product because the price was good but it ended up being more expensive in the ...
Tried this product because the price was good but it ended up being more expensive in the long run because I had to mix it with whipped cream to make it taste better. It seemed to have a peculiar aftertaste that was almost a little bitter. I am from Europe and more used to German and British bakery style Bavarian cream so maybe if you're not used to what I call the 'good stuff' you will be okay with this product but I wouldn't personally buy it again.

Don't waste your money!
Taste is not great unless you want plain and simple. Does not taste like a professional bakery product.
