Thorough, insightful, read again material
One of the best books that I've read on the topic. I have read a large number of real estate and investing books/podcasts. This is in the top 10% of all the real estate books that I've read. Author explains processes thoroughly in an easy to understand concept. Author gives great advice as well. Not overloaded with what I call "story time" that takes up so much space.

Amazing content.
I've been researching about wholesaling for a couple months now and this book sums up everything I learned from those months in one book and more! Definitely worth the read!

Very Insightful
I bought this book with some skepticism but everything you need to know about getting started is laid out very plainly. The first time you read the book, you should read for comprehension just to get a feel for what the process is like, then read it again while taking notes. The book is very conversational and from what I can tell there aren’t really any details left out. Having said that, because there are so many details, you’re going to have to put in a lot of time doing research outside of this book. I know nothing about working with a title company or producing mailers, both of which are suggested actions in the book, so I’ll be spending a lot of time in the near future researching those topics before I feel comfortable starting. The biggest downside to this book is the fact that it constantly references The Art of Wholesaling Properties website, which is no longer functional. The appendixes at the end of the book (I bought the ebook) are blurry and hard to read, but you can still extract information from them if you take the time to do so. Finally, this book covers a lot, but I would still suggest finding a mentor or taking an online course to get the best idea of what the wholesaling process looks like. If you prefer to not go that route, you’ll probably have to do a lot more reading online and through other books to piece it all together. Thats not a bad thing though, just do what you feel comfortable with and can afford! Hope this help :)
