GREAT QUALITY! GREAT PRICE!!
Ramp Rack is made very well. Very sturdy construction. No instructions, so pay close attention to pictures provided. IN THE LAST PHOTOS, THE RAMP IS SHOWN WITH THE TWO SUPPORTS UPSIDE DOWN. THERE IS L SHAPED METAL ON BOTH ENDS. MAKE SURE THIS POINTS UP, NOT DOWN. That way, the removable ramp can hook onto it with the L shape on its end also. Unfortunately, I put it all together as shown by the picture illustration only to have to tear it apart and put it together correctly. Incredible that this error was in the illustrations. ALSO: Another assembly tip: THE HARDWARE IS NOT ORGANIZED OR LABELED BY TYPE OR SIZE OR USE. TO AVOID MISTAKES DURING ASSEMBLY, AND TO KEEP FROM PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT, TAKE THE TIME TO ORGANIZE EVERYTHING BY LIKE TYPE AND SIZE. THAT WILL MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO FIGURE OUT WHAT EXACTLY TO USE IN WHAT SITUATION. In all, this is a fabulous carrier, especially for the price. Heavy and well-made. About 50 pounds.

Ok for my little trailbike
Works great for my little 185 trail bike although I thought it was a little flimsy. I honestly would be afraid to put a very heavy bike on it. Assembly was fairly straightforward. Though. If you have any mechanical skills and tools.

Solid hitch-mount carrier that gets the job done — with a few real-world caveats
The EGO BIKE 600 LBS Steel Motorcycle/Scooter/Dirtbike Carrier Hitch Rack is a straightforward way to haul bikes without dealing with a full trailer setup. It’s built around a heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame and comes with a loading ramp and anti-tilt locking feature to help keep your bike stable once it’s on the road. Ibspot What works well Impressive load capacity: Rated up to 600 lbs, it’s capable of hauling most dirt bikes, scooters, and a fair range of street or off-road motorcycles. Ibspot Easy loading: The included ramp makes getting a heavy bike up into position much easier than lifting by hand. Ibspot Anti-tilt design: Supposed to reduce wobble during transport, which helps confidence when you’re loaded and moving. Ibspot Multi-load capability: You can load from either side depending on how you park and set up. Ibspot Real-world notes Assembly isn’t always smooth: Some users report that bolt holes don’t always line up perfectly and that you need solid tools and a bit of patience to get it tightened correctly. BestViewsReviews Build quality is decent but not premium: Many owners find the steel is strong for its price point, but some pieces can feel a bit softer or flex under tension, so tightening everything well and using quality tie-downs is important. BestViewsReviews Hitch pin not included: You’ll need to supply your own 2" hitch pin to secure it to your receiver. Ibspot Best uses Great if you want a no-trailer solution for transporting bikes to the track, events, or trailheads without investing in a full trailer setup. Works well for occasional transport or mid-weight bikes — riders often feel confident up to ~450–500 lbs and comfortable using straps/tie-downs to lock things in place. Bottom line: For the price, this carrier does exactly what it’s supposed to — haul bikes on a hitch receiver with a ramp and anti-tilt support. It’s not a premium heavy-haul trailer alternative, and assembly may take some patience, but once set up and tied down properly it’s a practical, cost-effective way to move bikes around.
U**!
Will not support a motorcycle weighting less than 500 lbs!
First of all it came missing parts. One side of the support bracket for the ramp is missing. As seen in pic #1. the second picture, I have no idea what that is for. The asembly instruction are schetchy at best and they don't even mention what this part is or what it is for! The box tubing on the carrier track is very thin walled. The walls collapsed when mountinig the carrier track with a rachet set and open ended box wrench. After completing assembly, I mounted it on my pickup, figured I could just lock the ramp inside my truck, the carrier was like a seesaw behind my pickup. One side would sag at least 6 to 8 inched lower than the other. I picked up the sagging side and it would just shift and sag at other end. I can only guess what this would do going down the road. My motorcycle weights less than 500 lbs and this is said to hold a bike up to 600 lbs. I'd be concerned about putting anything heavier than a mountain bike on this!

Delivers as promised
Bought to transport my 2015 Kymco Super 8 scooter. The ramp is a bit steep, so a 2 person job to board the scooter. Don't forget ratchet straps and soft straps are also required (extra). Some ratchet straps hooks have a double-wide hook, which will not fit in the carrier's drilled out hook holes... so have to go for the lighter weight ratchet straps with a single-wide hook. Since my scooter is only a bit over 200 pounds was a non-issue. I transported my scooter about 50 miles one way to the dealership for warranty work on a mix of country roads and highways without issue. The carrier is quite solid. I did buy a separate sway reducer that bolts on near the 2" connector. Not sure if it was needed, but sway on the carrier was very limited. I took my time with assembly of the carrier, probably 45 minutes. Putting the carrier on and off my Jeep Grand Cherokee with 2" towing package is very easy and quick. I also bought a separate hitch bolt to further improve ease of attaching (better design than the one in the package). The only "flaw" in the carrier design is the ramp on my unit, when screwed down for transport, has a slight gap between it and the center frame, so when going over bumps can make quite a clatter as it bangs of the center frame. I wrapped some thick tape around the center frame where the ramp lays and that issue was solved. All in all, this carrier is exactly what I needed and the very reasonable price was a bonus.

Perfect
All around a good rack! putting it together was easy! It’s light and durable. Haven’t had any problems with it and I’m pretty rough on things!

Not easy to put together
Update: after a 1400 miles trip on many rough state roads and interstates, the rack did great. Even with the bracket I bought to cut down on the hitch bouncing, it still did some. For the hitch I finally got my pin from the trailer hitch to go through so I could put a padlock on it. Was even able to get my ladder put on the motorhome ladder. So am happy with the rack. I bought this for my ebike which is 64 pounds so should hold it. I just got it together after 3 hours. The instructions are horrible. I had to watch the youtube video a couple times then zoom over the picture here to make sense of where goes where. Unlike some I have washers and lock washers left over. Zoom over the picture was the only way I could figure out how many to put on each. Not sure what the U bracket with the hitch bolt is for - maybe to stabilize. Would not fit over mine. Because of the threads on the hitch bolt I could not put it through much - just enough to get the pin in. I plan to buy a locking hitch bolt so won't need it. Hopefully once I bring up my motorhome jacks it will be a little lower otherwise it is to high defeats the purpose of having a ramp. Plus, I don't' know if I will be able to carry my step ladder on the RV ladder because the bike will be in the way. Oh, I can't get one of the wing nuts down due to the power on the screw.

2021: Jan update: Cheap good carrier.
UPDATE: Jan 2021: Owned this since 2018 and have no issues with it except noted below. It has been a great carrier and seems solid. The only issue is the round "pipe" that they give you as the insert through the whole and the threaded bolt that goes through. Over time it has become bent and is now getting very hard to get through seamlessly. Sure i have hit the carrier a few times (bottom out) like going through a bump to fast. Who does not do that. The carrier is solid, but that bolt (like others have noted) will be eventually somewhat bent and hard to get the threaded bolt through the pipe. But otherwise great product. Looks like a good carrier. I have the same complaints as others: 1. Directions are almost worthless. Hard to see pictures and translate them to how to put it together. 2. Wish there were more tie down hooks on carrier 3. Seems like the ramp is really flimsy. I got my bike in by myself, but the ramp slips off end a lot. The end of the carrier where ramp goes when trying to load was bent when I unpacked the box. I will use it a few times and see if it holds up! Good price and great shipping. I am carrying a 250 pound dirt bike (KTM 250) on a 2004 Honda Pilot.
