I had gone to 4 different stores 2 of them electronics store and they did not carry a replacement charger for my laptop. I guess it has a really odd size charging port. They told me check Amazon because we cannot even order it. I like the fact that it is black because now me and the kids wont argue over the original white ones. I got it today and am charging now. So far so good, looks like a winner.

I was looking for another charger because my little sister broke 2 other ones I had for the an Asus chrome book I got her last Xmas for school. As I was searching I came upon this charger I read some reviews both positive and negative but since this charger was almost identical to the original I decided to risk it and buy this one. To my surprise the charger was a perfect match when my little sister told me it worked just fine since I was out of town for work so I ordered thru Amazon and had it shipped to her directly. So overall I was satisfied that the charger had worked as intended.

This charger is horrible. It does not fit the Acer Chromebook 14 CB3-431 as it should. The only way is half way charges is using something to press against the power cord to get a charge. Now the charger does not charge my Acer laptop AT ALL!!!!! A real waste of money. It doesn't deserve a star at all but Amazon requires an overall rating.

Plugged it in, and it instantly popped my breaker, blew my surge protector and almost started a fire! Haven’t had a chance yet to test my laptop, if that’s toast too, I’m not gonna be a happy camper. Let’s see how the company turns this disaster around.

Works great for my daughters chrome book. Replaced the original that our puppy chewed on.
