Exemplary Customer Service!!!!
I have to personally give Frank, the developer of Rage Cage, the highest marks ever for customer satisfaction and service. Had I been the one to open the Rage Cage Box, I would not have gone any further as the instructions were accidentally left out. I would have called and/or looked for instructions. Instead, my team of "men" tried to figure it out themselves. This did more harm as the goal comes pre-assembled and they took the goal apart; thus ruining the ease of putting it together. I called Rage Cage and Frank immediately came to the line. He stayed on the line with me as I emailed him pics of the entangled mess. In about an hour, Frank walked me through the entire process of putting the goal back together. His patience is extraordinary! The goal is now fully assembled and I can not wait until my ten year old returns home from school!!!I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!
