Runs a little small

Very good and fast service
I initially purchased one collar for my dog which lasted about 3 minutes as she is a puppy and found someway to tear it off running in the woods. So I ordered a second one. Ryan and Austin from Native pup reached out to me asking to write a review. I told them I prefer not to as I was unsure of the quality of their product. I sent that email at approximately 9 pm. Within 20 minutes I had a return email stating an apology and full refund which was also processed immediately. The second collar I got from them has been fantastic. My dog hasn't ripped it off yet. The first time it came off was most likely her fault, not a quality problem. I would recommend these guys again. Good inexpensive product.
