Can this be used with thin fine straight hair?

Yes, you can. I initially bought this product for my granddaughter because she has curly thick hair. I also bought the other four products in this line for her to use. I then bought a bottle of spray to use on my hair which is thin and I sometimes wear it straight. It gives my hair a nice shine, anti-frizz, and it smells wonderful.

You could but I wouldn’t because it is used to revitalize curls.

Can I use this on dry hair for a rod set

I have used it on dry hair. It really conditions the hair, so the curls don’t look dry. I would think it would work well with a rod set.
