I’ve been using this product as a pre-workout for about a week. It’s certainly difficult to know if this is really working. Since taking this, I’ve had some gym days that I felt completely depleted mid-workout and some where I have felt very strong. Mentally, I do like knowing that I’m getting this nutrition for my body. I will say for certain, that the taste is the first thing I noticed and I appreciated. Typically, I cannot stand sweetened supplements. This is not one of those. It tastes mostly like a mild juice blend that includes beet juice. I mix mine every morning with half water and half orange juice. (I could certainly drink it with just the water but I like the taste of it with the OJ.) In regards to the energy boost, to be honest, I don’t think I feel one. But to me, that’s better than the jitters that pre-workouts can give you. I’m sensitive to caffeine and I don’t consume much of any. Lastly, I’ve noticed more frequent bowel movements and that’s a plus for me. Overall, I’m happy to continue using this and may even experiment with some of their other products as well. I eat well, but don’t always get the full balance of everything I need. I like knowing that this has some of those things covered.

I am pleasantly surprised at the taste for this product. It definitely does not taste like candy, but the flavor is pleasant enough and palatable. I expected it to be a rough swallow, but I have been drinking this stuff everyday just mixed with water, and honestly feel great. I usually drink a shake of this mixed with protein powder after my workout and I have definitely noticed differences compared to not using this product. I have been able to work out harder and have more energy at the gym. Lastly, the ingredient list in this product is packed full of fruits and vegetables and all of the extra antioxidants is definitely making a difference throughout my day.

I love this product. This is going to help me kickstart a healthier lifestyle. It tastes great as i like berry flavors. It is slightly sweet and tastes even more great with a freshly made (organic) smoothie (not store bought, go ahead and make your own 😊). It has all the vitamins and nutrients needed to maintain being fit for battles of life. First off I have been using reds for over 5 years. Started with Gundrys vital reds which I felt picked me up the most out of all the brands Ive tried. I tasted lots of beets in this brand. Lots. Clumpy. Ive given up on reds for the time being and started drinking Pom. Love it and I know what I am drinking. Every bit a an energy boost as reds. With an influx of companies getting into the reds business. I think Im getting out.

My husband and I have started to add this to our morning protein shakes. We love the flavor and feel it is giving us a little more oomph to accomplish our daily tasks. Love that it is organic and overall healthy for our bodies. We are in our mid to late 50s and both have strong family histories of cancer, so added these reds to support our bodies and give them more opportunity to hopefully avoid the devistating disease! They are a bit pricey, but that is the only con I can see. I just don’t tell my husband how much it is, lol. Neither one of us are on prescription medications, so Look at it as preventative medicine.
