what is the taste of the tastefully nude variety?

I just tried the Tastefully Nude for the first time. It's sweet and slightly vanilla-ish, but otherwise doesn't have a lot of flavor (which is the point). Very little aftertaste and doesn't leave your mouth feeling coated in a film.

Hi, thanks for the great question. Yes, all GU Energy Gels and Roctane Energy Gels are vegan. Cheers, -Brian, GU Energy Labs

Is this product kosher?

There’s no K label on the packaging

Do you have take these with water? What happens if you don't?

It all depends on your body. You don't HAVE to take them with water, but some people like to. You open up the packet and it is basically like a heavy paste you squeeze into your mouth. It is thicker than syrup. I love them. I love the taste of all of them.
