Retractable Clothesline - Heavy Duty Indoor & Outdoor Clothes Line, 45 Feet

So far, so good! I can fit a lot of clothes on this clothes line and doesn't sag. It's was so easy to install; we didn't even need a drill for installation. The line is super durable and thick- I have no worries about it breaking. Overall, I'm very pleased with this clothes line. It's a great buy for a great price!

I love this clothes hanger and it works great. Very reliable and easy to install. The only problem I have with the manufacturer is they provide cheap worthless screws to mount it with. If your drilled hole has any bur in it, these cheap screws crumble, they'll snap right off in the hole you just drilled. Then you'll have to get pliers to back it out if possible or you'll have to move the device to a new location. I would have given a 5 except for the lost time due to poor quality screws.

This my third one. I buy it every time I move. With the length of the line I never need to wonder if it will be long enough, it always is. Holds up well. I’d buy it again.

We like to hang out clothes occasionally, but don't like a clothes line visible all the time. This retractable clothes line is perfect for that. It's sturdy and when retracted in between uses, it keeps the line clean. We have one we use with our camping trailer and another one for home use. It can be secured at any length needed. This is the second one for home. The first one lasted 3 years before needing to be replaced. Would recommend it!

We bought this after saying goodbye to our worn out rotary clothesline. The idea of a retractable line makes a lot of sense and seemed to be just what I was looking for.Installation very simple. The reel mounts to an available flat surface with a couple screws and the hook for the line on another surface. Simple, easy and quick.I installed the hook on my shed only 20 feet or so away and a second hook in another, more distant location.When you go to use it you connect the line to your hook, and then you need to loop the line around the built-in post on the bottom of the reel to keep it from releasing more line when you hang something.The problem I’ve seen is this: if you only loop the line around the bottom of the post once, it won’t hold and the line will sag.So you need to loop a second time around the post. This works fine keeping the reel from dispensing line - and it minimizes sag. When you are done and want to reel the line back up, however, the twice-looped line is caught and doesn’t want to release easily. You have to pull hard to get the line loose and I can see where the line is getting damaged from being so tightly squeezed together.I anticipate the white outer layer of the line is going to rip in a short time, and THAT will cause a major issue.Holding at 3 stars for that reason. If I’m wrong and this holds up better than I fear I will up the rating.

This lasted about 3 years and I hang clothes 2 or 3 times a week. I forgot about the lb. limit and I put too much weight on it lots of times. I am being more careful this time.

The weight capacity is clearly inadequate, resulting in frequent sagging and the risk of laundry items touching the ground. Its ok does the job but you cant put the heavy stuff on it like blanket or bedsheet because it start sagging with time

We can hang 2 sheets and lots of other stuff without the need for a prop. We have used approx 10 meters of the line it retracts perfectly. only concern is the like stretches a little when you load it up with heavy wet cloths towels I would buy again

Great for clothes, though the tension could be better. I set it up in my back yard seamlessly, and it rolls away easily when not in use
