Good Unisex Doll House
Compact and perfect. It gets knocked around and is holding up. The pieces are great. Definitely unisex to me. It was bought for a boy, boy, wanting a Doll House but not "girly" this fit the bill. Especially the Daddy, boy and Dog with Mom. He loves burying them in kenetic sand.

Cute house for the price
Took a risk and bought this miniature dollhouse for my 3 yr old daughter, even though there weren’t any reviews for it and I couldn’t find it anywhere else online to use for comparison. I shop on Amazon all the time and can count the number of products I’ve purchased that had zero reviews on 1 hand so yes, I was very nervous about what we’d be getting :-) The house itself came fully assembled and looks just like the one pictured, down to the little family and dog. Speaking of which, the people that came with the dollhouse aren’t posable at all and were rather lacking in detail. I think the images used on Amazon were a bit misleading because at least one gave the impression that the child figure was sitting down... Anywho, the facial features are painted on in black, some of which weren’t centered (ex: eyes drawn outside the area they should be, crooked mouth, etc.) but luckily I had low expectations for the “action figures” so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The stickers on the inside of the house weren’t properly aligned in some places, most noticeably, on the walls where the sticker was supposed to be wallpaper. That too wasn’t a big deal to me because the wallpaper stickers weren’t fully pressed down against the walls and I could remove the crooked ones (slowly) and correct the placement myself. The real reason I bought this house was in hopes that my daughter’s Disney Little Kingdom figurines would fit with it, and they did! Quite perfectly, actually. Much better than the ones that come with the play set. And with the Little Kingdom characters, my daughter can actually get them to sit on the dining room chairs and couch that came with the house. I’m sure other figures of comparable size will work just as nicely. Only other comment I had is regarding the product brand/manufacturer. The dollhouse is made by SFL (Shun Feng Long) and distributed by Liberty Imports. Amazon never listed the actual brand/manufacturer so it was impossible to find the item elsewhere online. I’ll post a picture of the back of the box that shows this for anyone else who’s interested. It also has a sticker saying that the product (Item No: F611) conforms to ASTM F963 Toy Safety Standard and was produced in May 2017/Batch #1. Overall, we’re very happy with it! Consider the price and set your expectations accordingly :-) Will update my review down the road to share how the dollhouse holds up after a few weeks of play. Update 7/26/18: We’ve had the dollhouse for about 10 months now and it’s still one of my daughter’s go-to-toys. We keep it in a toy bin along with a bunch of her Disney Little Kingdom toys and whenever she opens the bin, it’s the 1st thing she pulls out EVERY TIME. Only issue we’ve had is that part of the front gate on the outside snapped off maybe a month in but was easily repaired with mom’s best friend - superglue ;-) A toy that doesn’t make obnoxious sounds or have a million little pieces that get lost AND still gets played with 10 months later? That’s a winner in my book so we’re standing by our initial 4 star review :-)

Extremely poor quality
I disregarded the poor reviews because I was desperate and wish I hadn’t. This was so poorly put together that it didn’t even close. The hinges were misaligned somehow. All of the plastic furniture is very thin and brittle. The table broke when I tried to stand it upright. The people’s faces are scary looking - very sloppily painted. Their arms and legs don’t bend, which makes it impossible for them to use any furniture other than the beds. I was hoping this would be similar to the Fisher Price Sweet Streets Cottage that my children had and it’s an awful substitution. Do yourself a favor and find an old Cottage on eBay. They’re much better quality, even 25+ years old (as mine is). It’s a perfectly sized little house that stores all of the accessories inside. Great for vacations or when kids have to go along with parents on visits to other homes.

Won’t fully open
Tape was on some of the stickers inside so they ripped. The dollhouse won’t fully open and makes a clicking sound when we try to open it. Not well made but is hard plastic which is nice. My granddaughter was happy for something new to play with.

Cute House
For the price it's great! A lot smaller than I thought it would be, and yeah the people are creepy looking and yeah the paint isn't perfect and the stickers aren't immaculately placed. But really it's a plastic house.... the children do not care, I guarantee it. They like it regardless.

So cheaply made. Not worth $30
Not worth nearly $30. Worth more like $10. Very cheaply made. Doesn’t open all the way. Feels like you’re going to break it. Family’s arms and legs don’t move. Furniture doesn’t fit in rooms. It’s much smaller than anticipated. 10/10 would NOT buy again.
