poor quality, dried pulp residue product - avoid!
this is NOT 100% pure Beetroot. It is an inferior dried pulp which is left after the juice is extracted and is extremely coarse and unsuitable to add to smoothies due to the way it bulks out. It has very little beetroot dye (betacyanin - this has obviously been extracted and sold as a premium product) and so its dubious how much of the health properties are left. Bottom line is it tastes awful - fibrous, bland and if mixed without sufficient fluid will leave you with indigestion. Avoid!
