Q: Why is the nike swoosh on the right hand side?

Because the Academy line is for football etc and therefore the Football team crest/ logo goes on the left-hand side and the Nike tick on the right.

Q: Is this genuine Nike, the tick looks wrong?

Seems to be identical to ones in sports shops and has Nike tags.
