does this contain hyaluronic acid?

There is no added hyaluronic acid. It does naturally occur in beef liver.

I find it to be quite strong. I have only used it in smoothies. I have never used a full scoop as it would make the smoothie too funky. To me the powder has a almost chocolatey smell...too bad it doesn’t taste like chocolate! It doesn’t taste bad, but it is overpowering if you use the full scoop.

How much should children have daily?

There is no US RDA for organ meats. But the dWestin A Price foundation recommends people eat at least 7 oz of organ meat weekly. Taking 1 scoop daily is about the same getting 7 oz weekly. I hope this helps. ;)
