Camera function
This camera has a great picture with vibrant colors. The zoom feature works fast and is very stable, no jitter in the picture. I set up a scanning pattern and I am very satisfied with the function. At night I can see very clearly with the IR feature. In cruse mode at night the camera passes from dark areas to lighted areas and the camera switches quickly from black and white to color and back. The camera was easy to install but I did have an issue connecting to my NVR. Fortunately help was available. Right after I received the shipment of my camera I also received an email from Kyla who works for Imporx. She greeted me and thanked me for my purchase. Kyla also said that they were there to help me with any needs that I may have in the installation and setup of my camera. Well true to her word she made herself available and we emailed back in forth in real time and in no time my issue was resolved. A big shout out to Kyla and all the team at Imporx for there great customer services efforts. The way service should be.

Great while it works.
Great while it works but it will not last. I got a day out of mine. Do your homework on this company and it's cameras before wasting your money. Back to China it goes!

Better camera than the big companies sell.
I cannot tell you how many customers tell me when they see the picture on this camera, "Wow. That is a great picture.". I can tell you as someone who has put in cameras for 20 years now, I would rather put this PTZ up than any of the big companies PTZ's. The auto tracking and the zoom work great on this camera. This camera is great for what it cost and the bigger companies charge at least three times as much for a camera that will do the exact same thing that this one does. Highly recommend purchasing this camera.
