Just a fraction smaller than the exterior dimensions. Front where the lock is takes a bit of space, perhaps 1/2 inch

Is it possible to get (10) keyed lockboxes all keyed the same, and have each box come with 2 keys, so there would be multiple users within a facility?

don't know about keys,but I know with the combination locks,they come with directions on how to reset the combination,so you could set the same combination for any number of boxes. In my experience most of the lock boxes in this price range have a generic key that usually is interchangeable with other boxes. I'd order two and go from there,if it was me.

How do you move the switch to position B? It won’t budge in any direction.

You might have locked it. Try your combination and unlock it. Then proceed to close the lid, turn the knob and mix the numbers.
