A Refresh for Screen‑Weary Eyes
This spray really helps refresh my tired eyes. I use it whenever I’ve been concentrating on the screen for too long, and it brings quick relief. The only downside is that if you wear makeup, you need to hold the spray a bit farther away so it doesn’t disturb it.

Good but dexterity can be an issue
Bought this for my elderly mum to try. She struggled to use the spray mechanism and when she did manage, she often missed her eye. When someone did it for her, she said she found the Optase really good and felt it help alot. The bottle would have lasted longer if she didn't miss as often!

Handy size for travelling.
It’s larger than most eye sprays which is why I wanted it. Only used a few day but works just as well as my more expensive sprays. Would buy again.

Best on the market
Fantastic product. I buy multiple when I purchase because I do use 3- 4 times a day. The pointy snout is useful in the night, if I have to use without putting the light on, you know where to point the spray.

Refreshes dry eyes - but at a price (and it’s not the cost!)
This feels really refreshing once the fluid dries and lasts a lot longer than similar products once opened. The effect is quite long lasting. It is more expensive than other eye drop brands and you can use it throughout the day. Those are the good points. Now why they dropped 2 stars. You have to spray on closed eyelids. If it gets into your eyes it stings -a lot! Even if you manage to hit your closed eyelid (which isn’t as easy as it sounds from the recommended distance), when you open your eye some fluid drips into your eye so you have to NEED to use it rather than just want to. I happily use other items in this range but this particular product proved too painful to use when drops are more comforting.

Unable to Recommend
I've tried lots of dry eye products & none of them have worked. What they did do though was finish up where they were supposed to go - on the eyelid for sprays or for drops, in the eye. Optase spray landed anywhere apart from the intended target. The awkward pump action took four or five goes to actually eject the spray. The spray is difficult to aim & is so wide most of it ends up on the forehead, nose & cheeks. If any lands on the lids it rarely runs down to its intended destination. Expensive for such a frustrating product. Cannot recommend.

Little oricey but absolutely worth it
These eye drops were recommended by opthamologist instead of a prescription brand. Absolutely excellent! Little pricey but so worth the money. Possibly use with HSA funds.

Un peu déçu je pensais que ça serait plus facile mais pour moi non

Much easier than eyedrops.
I do not like anything that has to do with touching, or putting anything near/on my eyeballs. This stuff is awesome because all I have to do is spray my eyelids and somehow it still helps with dry eye. Highly recommend.

Waste of money!
I am extremely disappointed in Optase Dry Spray. The premise is that you spray this on your eyelids from 6-10 inches away. Then, you blink so it goes in your eyes. There are 2 major issues with that: 1) You are spraying with your eyes closed. The spray goes out with a wide mist. You end up spraying your forehead and cheeks more than anything else. About 20 wasteful sprays in, you finally hit your eyelids. And, it does drip down but not in your eyes!! It just drips down your face. 2) If you are lucky enough to get a drop or two of the solution in your eyes, it burns. It isn’t soothing and it does not help your dry eyes. I find that my eyes feel dryer using this spray. Then after using, I have crust that has formed on my eyes. I didn’t have crust to begin with. What is really upsetting is how expensive this is. I contacted Optase directly before purchasing this. I asked them specifically if the dry spray had the same ingredients as the Optase intense dry eye drops. I didn’t want to waste my money on this if it didn’t. They said and I quote, “The spray can be used in lieu of the drops” and implied that they had the same ingredients. See below and judge for yourselves if these ingredients are the same: Dry spray ingredients: Glycerin 1%, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Polyoxyethylenesorbitan Monooleate. Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sorbitan Monooleate, Tromethamine Intense drop ingredients: Glycerin 0.2%, Hydrochloric acid, sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol, trometamol, water It looks to me like there are 10 ingredients in the dry spray and 6 ingredients in the intense dry eye drops. The glycerin content isn’t even the same! And, now I have wasted my money on this and do not have the money I need to buy the drops.

Pump don't work correctly
After figuring out how to use the pump, it actually works great. Not a fan of the sprayer but overall a good product
