I love them. Normally I buy just the normal detox foot patches. This time I thought I'd try something different as it has lavender fragrance which normally helps me to sleep. So took the chance and omg I do not regret it from now on I will only be buying these. The are very easy to use just stick on the adhesive covering and apply to the foot, leave on over night and remove first thing in the morning. You will see how much toxins etc it pulls out over night. They helped me to have the best nights sleep in the past 5 mths. When I woke up I wasn't achy or sore like normal either which is definitely a first for me. Good value for money but should have more in the box or the option to have a bigger pack. As now my partner has started to use them aswell. Just follow the instructions and you will be well on your way to a great sleep and feeling great the next day.

The only thing I can say is that when I wake up in the morning, the soles of my feet are dark and sticky. I wear socks over them as I don’t want any leakage as some people have complained about. I haven’t noticed any pain relief nor sleep quality.

I read the product's description and thought I could give it a try , especially , I have been so stressed and I haven't been sleeping well at night. The first time I used it, I saw the result instantly. since my feet are rather slim, I had no problems sticking each patch on each foot. The product started kicked in a few hours later. I think it was around 2am, I was still awake and I had this feeling like it was relaxing my muscles and then my eyes got heavy, (the feeling of drowsiness). As silly as it sounds, I tried fighting it a bit, and then fell asleep 30 mins later. In the morning, I noticed the patch left an oily residue under each feet. However, I felt a bit more refreshed. I have not noticed the pain relief as yet, my knee joint are a bit painful , mainly because I a bit overweight.

I was a bit dubious but ordered them anyway, just because i have trouble sleeping. I can do a few hours a night and still wake up every hour. I used them for the first time 2 nights ago and they didn't help with the sleep. The amazing thing thou, is that i didn't cough once all day either. Now that's a big thing for me, because I smoke i always have a bad cough. Although i didn't sleep for long, i woke feeling more refreshed and lighter than i have for years, so that was a plus. When i took them off in the morning, they were very black, and tar like, and 'sloppy' Night 2. Slept flat out for 10 hours 😅 how good is that? and still no cough. The patches only had about a quarter of the grunge on. Will use tonight then go onto once or twice a week use

Good absorption of toxins as pads got very black. Stick to feet well. I did feel slightly more rested after using them. Excellent comes in assorted flavours. Family members love them. We were comparing to see who’s got more toxins in the body by the darkness of the patch. Will be purchasing more as it’s good to rid the body of toxins Wow - was delivered very quickly which was great. Nicely packaged with full instructions, very sticky so can’t come off but easy to peel off with no glue left on my foot in the morning. I’m not sure if this actually does anything but they were certainly changed from white to gunky black overnight - will continue for 5 days and see if it lessens, otherwise I might be somewhat sceptical that the pads just go black anyway - I do seem to be sleeping better though, and it may have helped with my weight loss success this week. Feels very comforting on your foot at night!

Formidable !!!! 3 jours que mon mari et moi les mettons tous les soirs et les enlevons le matin!!! Et bien pour moi au réveil plus de mal au dos , plus de mal de crâne et une nuit parfaite avec un sommeil profond !!! Et mon mari ne ronfle plus depuis qu il en met !!!!!!! Alors a voir avec le temps ... mais pour l instant j en suis très satisfaite !!!! Je recommande !

Sto usando i cerotti da qualche giorno, la qualità del sonno è migliorata e la mattina avverto una piacevole sensazione di leggerezza nelle gambe. L'articolo e' esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione. benefici gia' dopo le prime applicazioni, piedi meno gonfi e la circolazione e' migliorata. davvero un buon prodotto. Ho avuto dalla prima applicazione un grande beneficio, con il passare dei giorni mi hanno sgonfiata molto a partire dalla pancia e poi il resto del corpo. Già dopo due giorni ho riscontrato una leggerezza nelle gambe ho dormito meglio e mi ha alleviato dei dolori che avevo (mal di testa, gambe pesanti)grazie continuerò ad usarli! Mi ritengo soddisfatta per il rapporto qualità prezzo e la consegna in tempi brevissimi.

Ich mache jedes Frühjahr und/oder im Herbst eine wochenlange Kur mit (Kinotakara-)Fußpflastern. Da diese um einiges teurer sind habe ich diesmal die Detox-Vitalpflaster probiert. War äußerst angenehm überrascht von der Wirkung und habe sofort nachbestellt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist hier unschlagbar. Die Pads sind sauber einzeln verpackt. Handhabung wie gewohnt einfach. Abends auf die sauberen Fußsohlen geklebt, lasse ich sie mindestens 10 bis 12 Stunden über Nacht drauf. Ich persönlich finde 8 Stunden Tragezeit zu kurz und deshalb klebe ich schon gegen 19/20 Uhr auf und entferne sie nicht vor 7/8 Uhr in der Früh. Hierzu stelle ich dann ein Bein ins Waschbecken und bürste mit einer kleinen Handbürste nach dem Abziehen des Fußpflasters die Fußsohle leicht unter laufendem Wasser ab. Man kann sehr gut am Abend auch mal kurz darauf laufen, um z.B. ins Bad oder in die Küche zu gehen. Nur für den Gebrauch tagsüber sind sie nicht geeignet. Die negativen Kommentare hier sind nicht nachzuvollziehen. Natürlich sieht man die Wirkung dadurch, dass der Körper auch über die Fußsohlen gerade in der Nacht schwitzt und damit das Pflaster durchfeuchtet und dunkel färbt. Nach tage- oder wochenlanger Kur verändert sich die Farbe und wird heller. Durch Schwitzen versucht der Körper schließlich zu entgiften, vor allem in der Nacht. Also unterstütze ich ihn natürlich indem ich viel (stilles/gefiltertes) Wasser tagsüber u. vorm zu Bett gehen trinke. Säfte und/oder Sprudelwasser sind hier kontra-indiziert. Auch ziehe ich Söckchen drüber, die häufig dunkel verfärbt sind. Das ist aber das gute Zeichen dafür, dass der Körper ausreichend Flüssigkeit u. damit vor allem Giftstoffe ausgeschieden. Zur Wirkung kann ich für mich nur positives sagen. Bin fitter (ohne Kaffee!), Haut ist reiner (Poren verkleinert!) Leberwerte besser, fühle mich leichter und energiegeladener. Dass man sich leichter fühlt kommt daher, dass die Leber (kurmäßig) mit weniger Giften belastet ist. Das hält individuell kürzer oder länger nach Ende der Kur an. Zusätzlich fasten im Frühling unterstützt die Entgiftung ungemein. Ich beginne stets am Tag nach einem Vollmond, da der abnehmende Mond beim ausleiten hilft. Bei mir dauert so eine Kur mindestens 4 Wochen, also einen 28 Tage-Zyklus halte ich durch. Und weil ich auf die 70 zugehe sogar noch länger. Im Alter von z.B. 20 oder 30 Jahren entgiftet der Körper eben anders als mit 70zig oder 80zig. Ich schreibe hier so ausführlich nicht aus Überzeugung, dass etwas hilft, sondern aus jahrelanger, wiederholter Erfahrung am eigenen Leib. Den Unterschied wollt ich unbedingt mal erwähnt haben.
