Healthy and Organic
A great Yogurt from a UK company, and the Strawberry version is nicely balanced. I also like the Honey version too, good taste, but not too sweet.

Out if all the kefir I’ve tried, Yeo valley are the nicest tasting. Highly recommend. I hear it’s very good for you.

Kefir, is good for gut health this favour is delicious. Its a little over priced and frequently unavailable.

I absolutely love this, as I do all Yeo Valley products. Not only is it creamy and delicious, it's fabulously healthy too. And the big bonus from these products is that you know they come from happy, well-treated cows, who are being farmed sustainably with environmental considerations at the forefront. Excellent.

(google it ) & az has "been sugested" , the food We €at iz all digested, does the " good bacteria" survive stomach acids, digestive €nzymes to inhabit itz gut €nvironment for Our WellBeing ... how much to consume, how & when ... frequency, temperature ... 🎶🎶🌴🌴 I like that fruit flavours make diferent versions to add to other foodz but I resist frequent use az inconvenient ... (quote: "THE STUFF" B Movie wayBack ... ) and varying €ffects for peoples diferent diets in combination with metabolism, weight, €xcersize, general Health ... €tc.
