SO DISAPPOINTING! not the same candles as it used to be.
These candles used to fill the room with scent in seconds and the scent was so good and you could just feel the quality.The difference was soy wax, which doesn't leave any bad scent of gasoline like the paraffin does.This time, the second that I've lighted it - I could scent the terrible scent of the paraffin taking over!And the candle scent just disappears right away and not filling the room anymore :-(So I guess they changed the formula and there is no reason to pay 30$ for it anymore.Its a brand that succeeded thanks to its outstanding quality and now feels like it got really downgraded.So sad, it was my favorite.

Know your blood type before openeing...when purchased from Amazon
Shattered in the box, these things happen....HOWEVER, it was only shattered due to the laziness and (perceived) illiteracy of AMAZON employed delivery drivers. The specific delivery instructions I had set up with my "valued" prime membership were, as per usual, completely ignored and disrespectfully disregarded. Amazon customer support is in no way helpful, accommodating or paying customer centric. "A." Is for Aromatic. "B" is for Broken. "C" is for Cut (gushing blood from my finger). That might be the most classic way to ignite the ability to read in Amazon's delivery fleet: A...B...C.....Repugnant treatment of a "valued"...Paying....Prime member

My new favorite brand of candles and Amazon has the lowest price
The first candle was delivered with broken glass. Amazon immediately sent replacement I received 2 days later. The candle was in perfect shape. They’re slow to burn with a strong throw and I’m excited to smell the different layers as this candle burns. The crackle of the burning candle is very soothing and these are quickly becoming my favorite candles. The three wick candles I usually buy from the bath store are sitting on the back of the shelf. I find the WoodWick candles in retail stores however Amazon continues to offer them for the lowest price. LOVE THESE CANDLES

Refund granted, but questionable quality
Candle came half melted with shattered glass. Seller made me send it back in pieces in order to obtain a refund. Wax quality seemed poor, very soft and could be wiped with a paper towel, as it was all over my counter after opening the box. I wondered if it was a fake.

Strong! Long lasting.
This thing is powerful! I don't even light it, just take the top off and let it sit and it scents a bathroom. If I want the entire house to smell incredible, that's when I put flame to it because it absolutely scented and entire 3 bedroom, 3 storey house. Wow. This is my yearly gift to myself, because these candles can last.

Long burning, pleasant scents and sound.
I love the Woodwick candles. This is the first time I’ve tried their Trilogy collection. I love it. Yes, they are a tad pricey, but worth it. No soot residue in your home. And the crackling of the word wick sounds like a wee fire. (Because it is)😉 🕯 I will buy more as I find scents that I like. I just ordered 3 Fireside scents. It is awesome too.

Couldn’t even use it
The candle was completely shattered in the package. It is not packed with much support, and even opening the box I had little glass pieces on my fingers. It smelled good, but it was completely unfixable and destroyed.

The scent is always complicated as guest arrive.
Our favorite candle that’s long lasting and the crackling of the wick sounds like a campfire. Works with the name!
