I used it to fluff out a short dress and it worked perfectly. I had to pull it up a bit to get it the shortness I needed but stayed put either way.

Big hips or thighs this skirt is not for you
It was really cute and I really wish I could’ve kept it I liked the fluffiness of it and it wasn’t a hard plastic texture like some of the others I have received however it does not stretch to the size listed it is very small I probably would’ve been able to put it on just barely if I put it on like a shirt but it would not go over my behind or thick thighs🤦🏽♀️

Does not flare out as shown, wears like a small skirt.
I ordered this product to go under my wifes costume to flare it out as the costume is designed. Upon my wife trying it on it is not one size fits all on the elastic and it does not flare out like a standard petitcoat. I was very upset to see my wife look so unhappy with a product that the displayed picture shows flare when the product wears like more like a mini skirt.
