Can Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2's capacity be expanded?

C1000 Gen 2 delivers faster charging and higher output power. To improve portability by reducing weight and size, the expansion feature has been removed. For those requiring expansion, C1000 is recommended.

Why does charging take over 49 minutes with UltraFast Charging on?

UltraFast Charging speed depends on the battery cell temperature. UltraFast Charging activates when the battery cell temperature is above 20 °C. Charging at 0–20 °C will noticeably slow down the charging speed.

What are the working modes of Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2?

C1000 Gen 2 has Standard and Time-of-Use (TOU) Modes. Standard Mode is ideal for everyday plug-and-play use, while TOU Mode automatically optimizes charging and discharging based on electricity price fluctuations, helping reduce energy costs.

How to enable UltraFast Charging?

To enable UltraFast Charging, connect the AC charging cable to C1000 Gen 2's AC input port. Then in the Anker app, go to the product homepage and enable UltraFast Charging in the Input section. Use only when necessary to prolong the battery lifespan.

What usage scenarios is the C1000 Gen 2 suitable for? Which types ofproducts are not recommended for charging?

Although the C1000 Gen 2 has a maximum output of 2000W, inductive load devices and compressor-based devices, such as pumps and electric saws may not be suitable because their high instantaneous startup power can exceeed its maximum output.
