How long does it take to fully harden & dry

The label on the cam says fully dry in 48 hours. However, I have found that a hair drier, used with care, can accelerate the drying time, and allow sanding, prior to final top coat.

Picture shows matte. Description says gloss. Is this for 49153 gloss?

49133 is the matte finish, which is probably best described as low Sheen, 49153 is the gloss version

Can states "MATTE" finish, however your description and negative feedback says otherwise??? Is it matte or gloss?

It is a Matte finish according to the manufacturer. I would go with that.
