Q: Would a small fit a size 8 female snuggly or loose?

My wife bought this for size 12 female and fits ok. Think it would be loose for a size 8.

yes its fleece like soft comfy warm same colour as the garment. i purchased a large as i am 42- 43 chest and dislike tight fitting items so it fitted me ideally. for the money you cannot beat them.
