It showed up quickly. I unboxed it and found everything I needed - and bonus the extra tightening wrenches were included. I can NEVER find the right attachments for mien (if I can even FIND mine) and most of my tools are packed where I can't get to them. There was no pipe tape, which was fine because I never use it anyway - and this time I got lucky and found a roll of the good stuff that hadn't yet been packed. I had it installed and working in under 15 minutes - and that was working through an access panel hole in the wall adjacent to the tub and having limited range of motion. I'm actually a little bummed that I didn't get this 10 years ago, I might've liked this tub more back then! (but only a little, the tub is awful) however, we're selling our house and a working tub faucet is important. Its perfect for this very dated 1990s jacuzzi tub. Works perfectly and has a good waterflow while looking great. Would buy it again for our next house... if we had a tub with a deck mounted faucet.
