I’m really happy with this belly support band! It provides great support for my back and belly, especially when standing or walking for a long time. The material is soft, breathable, and comfortable to wear under clothes. I also like that it’s adjustable, so it fits perfectly as your belly grows. It definitely helps reduce pressure and makes daily activities much easier.

Great belly band! It’s soft, breathable, and very comfortable for everyday wear. The adjustable dual support is a big plus as it grows with your bump and helps relieve back and pelvic pressure.It may not be strong enough for all-day heavy support, but it works perfectly for light to moderate use.

I absolutely love the Frida Mom Dual Support Pregnancy Belly Band L/XL! It provides amazing support for my belly and lower back, especially as my bump gets bigger. I also like that it’s adjustable and fits well as your body changes during pregnancy.

This didn’t work for me. Pregnant with my 4th.. I’ve always used a basic belly band.. but wanted to splurge lol and get something new.. I’m 5’5 with an average pregnant belly /athletic build at 7 months. This rolled into itself and the band below my chest was so awkward. I’m already having trouble breathing and the band put extra pressure around my cavity I don’t need. Not to mention the material although soft and synthetic, I live in Southern California and it’s hot in April.. which made that band around me sweat and get gross. The belly band around my belly also would fold or rise into itself. I had to adjust multiple times a day. I ended up going back to my tried and true basic Velcro band which wasn’t broke! I just wanted to try something new and this had good reviews. So basically didn’t support me as much, made me sweat around the top band and my belly because of the material and placed extra pressure on my breathing. This was a fail for me unfortunately.
