Excellent for promoting relaxation before sleep
Excellent for promoting relaxation before sleep. I take an hour or so before bedtime. I fall asleep easily, but need help staying asleep. This has helped tremendously with that. Note that different people tolerate this supplement differently, and that too much can give you a stimulating effect. I am easily stimulated (by coffee, medications, etc), and I can only take about 1/8 teaspoon (.5 gram) of this or it has the opposite effect. (For reference, my spouse takes 3/4 teaspoons, or 3 grams.) We pair this with CALM magnesium and it is very effective for relaxation. If I'm really having trouble, I will take with melatonin as well. They all work beneficially together.

Misleading.. 200 servings not 400
In giving a 4 star. Only because there is 200 servings not 400 as stated! Wasn't too happy!!

My naturopath recommended this to help my sleep quality. I actually take a double serving, but I fall asleep within 10 minutes of taking this, whereas without it, it can take me up to an hour to fall asleep. Doesn't leave me groggy. I have a feeling it would be helpful for those that wake in the middle of the night as well

Great sleep aid
I switched to buying the large jar instead of the individual single-serving packets (“sticks”) and it is much cheaper per serving. This is part of my nighttime routine and combined with the other things I am doing , j am finally sleeping through the night again. Hallelujah.
