I am very happy with this book
I am very happy with this book. It has so many wonderful recipes in it. I am a serious baker and there are some recipes I will be able t make now and others I will have to work on to make. I like that because it means I can go forward with learning something new and challenging. I like the way everything is explained very clearly as well.

Amazing so innovative not for the beginner lm only saying that because he uses the metric systems so you have to remember to convert so inspirational I always go back to this book for ideals for high end caterings and a list clients

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!
As a pastry chef.. all i can say is.. Stephane Leroux is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!great recipes and everything is well explained. I wouldn`t reccomend this book for someone who is starting the art of pastries now but to a professional this is definitely a must have!!!

The art of chocolatier book..
The chocolatier book is not covered in plastic, it has some scratches, im not sure if i bought it brand new, the praline book i like, it looked very new.
