How to adjust the clock is missing in the instruction paper. Please include

A good product. Working very well. The only problem i encountered is: is in the instruction sheet. In it one line they missed one complete line. How to adjust the clock(time). To adjust the time one has to press & hold the clock symbol, then the hours & minutes to be adjusted. That line is missing. For which i suffered a lot. Please also include how to change the lithium battery.
