Good Quality Brie
I’ve been purchasing UK made Brie for a while now, but I thought I’d order this French President 200g Brie for a change. Oh my it is so much nicer, a light creamy cheese with a thinner white crust, I’ll be purchasing this Brie again.

Beautiful soft cheese with a lovely creamy texture and flavour.

Bland Brie, never again for me
Quality of the cheese was perfect, so I can’t knock it for that. However, the flavour was extremely mild and texture not as oozing as I’d like, even after hours outside the fridge. Would not buy again as it’s not the type of Brie I enjoy. I like cheese that makes you wonder if it will kill you!

Il Brie President è sempre una garanzia di qualità. Questa confezione da 200 gr è perfetta per chi desidera un formaggio dal gusto delicato ma avvolgente, ideale da gustare sia da solo che accompagnato a pane, frutta o miele. La consistenza è morbida al punto giusto, con una crosta edibile che si integra perfettamente con il sapore del cuore cremoso. Ho trovato che sia ottimo anche per arricchire un tagliere di formaggi o come base per ricette più elaborate, come quiche o crostini. La qualità è sempre costante, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero buono. Lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti del formaggio che vogliono un prodotto versatile e di ottima fattura.
