Sharpness is good

Light weight handy knife with an easy grip

a good one. May not be very sturdy in patina. Sharp, and very well set for handling and cutting veggies and fruits. Might work well for fish and delicate proteins, as Deba knives are used for that purpose mainly. Handle is plastic, but wood finish. Not that heavy but well balanced to hold. Patina could have been a bit thick, of course for few extra bucks. Good value for the price paid.

Value for money, useful knife. It needs sharpening at quicker intervals. A thicker say 3/4/5mm blade would make it a "most valued " collection. But good at this price point.But an xlent knife. Doese its job well. Can be used as a multipurpose knife as well.The handle is good. Loved it.Am very Happy.

Really happy with this knife. I don't like big knives, so this size was perfect for me. Blade thickness is around 1.5-2 mm, about the same my Fiskars knife. (I had bought the deba knife)Sharpened it myself as I wasn't happy with the edge it came with. Really happy with it now.

Good One, Handle is little bit soft, for moderate cutting it is okay, Sharpness okay can not say excellent
