Hungarian sweet paprika (50g/1.76oz) in traditional folk canvas bag, imported from Hungary

Yum! Great flavor, perfect flavor for my Chicken Paprikash! It’s sealed in a bag and then in the drawstring bag. Tastes delicious. Clearly state use by date and that’s helpful since any paprika loses flavor quickly. I store it in a glass spice jar 🫙 for more protection. In the photo keep in mind I’ve used three heaping tablespoons already.

When I make a dish (most recently stuffed peppers) with this Paprika, I always receive compliments and requests for the recipe. Thank you for putting quality first!

I am of Hungarian descent (my mother was Hungarian) and my favorite ethnic dish to cook is chicken paprikash. I have made it with both Hungarian paprika and regular paprika from the grocery store and needless to say the real Hungarian paprika is far superior. I brought some back with me on a trip to Hungary and when that was all used up I was able to find some at a store locally but they have since stopped carrying it. I thought I’d try this one from Amazon and I’m glad I did. The aroma, color, and flavor make my paprikash taste very “authentic.” I will most definitely be buying it again and again and again.

I am very happy with the taste of this paprika. It is the genuine sweet Hungarian Paprika I have used before and purchased in the past. It is great quality, new and fresh paprika. It is not a spicy paprika so there is no heat to it at all. It is a sweet paprika. I make a number of authentic Hungarian dishes and only use the real Paprika in them. As I said before, I have purchased this before and have always been happy with it. However, the reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the increase in the price. The last time I purchased this, for the same price, I received at least 4-5 times as much. I was shocked to see how small the bag was. It’s still wonderful, but now it’s crazy expensive.

This is the 2nd time that I've ordered this product(2 each time), & it's an extraordinary product, with an exceptional flavor, at a very fair price, and packaged in very beautiful cloth bags with unique designs on them. The shipping & delivery was very fast.( within a week). I definitely recommend this product, company, & seller to everyone looking for authentic Paprika. (This one is "Sweet Paprika")

Favorite purchase - we regularly buy this because only can you smell the difference in the quality but ever since my kids heard the name of the Dish Paprikash in Captain America: Civil War - we all wanted to try it made it loved it, and this paprika is the only way this dish is possible. Just ordered again to make for one of our holiday meals.

I wanted ACTUAL Hungarian paprika, not "Hungarian STYLE" paprika. I've never used this brand, but read online that it is good. I'm glad I ordered it. Opened the package and it smells SO GOOD. Very fresh. I've already used it twice and the flavor is great. It's packaged in a little fabric bag with a tag that has a recipe on it. Once opened, the paprika is in a sealed plastic bag. I poured it into a spice tin so it's easier to measure and use. It could also be kept in a small glass jar with a lid. You'll likely need a separate container to keep it in unless you are careful about opening the interior bag. Very good product, would recommend.
