LOCHBY® Quattro | Slim & Elegant Pen Pouch | Durable Waxed Canvas Lightly Padded for Fountain Pen & Mechanical Pencil | Compact Design Holds 4 Pens | For Everyday Carry, Travel & Creative Artists

I love this case but it is a dust and lint trap. It fits fountain pens up to a size platinum 3776 / Leonardo moments zero. It’s not made for larger pens like a Namiki emperor which I feel Lochby should consider a larger case for larger pens.

Excellent good quality and lovey colour combination really very pleased thanks

This may come off the wall to many readers, but I have been seeking a portable and compact solution to safely carry my pencil microphones safely in my field bag. I once was alerted that a case that can hold vape batteries is perfect for the typical 19mm diameter of these microphones. After several tries, I couldn't find anything soft and thin enough to carry short of a tool roll up. In searching in that area for a soft case, Lochby has a cult status with Everyday Carry Enthusiasts to carry emergency tools and safety aids. Looking Lochby's catalog, I noticed this case and how fountain pen enthusiasts praised this case for very large diameter fine fountain pen protection. Size is perfect for a 5.5" long microphones, maybe a bit more. It arrived today and no long term use is needed to prove it's worth. It chambers these mics easily in the 4 main soft, deep and plush gussets and zips up neatly with no problem up to the capsules with no proximity issues. Niche review, but I sure hope that someone finds this valuable. I have never found a solution to carry near $1k of these style microphones as most anything on the market favors larger diameter microphones. A mic manufacturer couldn't make better or compact. If you carry these in your field bag. buy this without hesitation. It's absolutely perfect. Fourty plus dollars is a pittance in this market for this level of compactness, value, and protetion. I hope that fellow field sound engineers find this burried in the reviews. Lochby rocks on this one. Maybe their field journal case may be next for my logs now that I know of them and the quality. BTW, my wife identified the zipper as high quality if that helps.

its a great case for fountain pens. the individual pen slots are perfect size, not too tight, not too loose. The case is large enough to fit the fairly large pilot custom 823, but not large enough to hold giant pens such as the Junlai 930. The pockets on the outside are too small to be of use to me, but who knows. I've had it for two or three weeks and am happy with the case.

This is a great pouch to keep pens or similar items. The material is top notch and resist tough handling. Some of the pockets allow keeping two pens in one. The zipper is top notch. Overall, a terrific pouch.
