P021034640 Genuine Echo/ Shindaiwa GEAR CASE ASSY, SDK Fits T222, T242X, T242, B3000, C2510, C242 (Old № 63076-63110)

For my T242x, it does fit, barely. The gear is longer as is the front ring area.I had to bend the support arms, on the guard too.But mainly, because the gear bit and mount area are longer, it leaves a gap behind the blade, which is constantly getting grass etc. bound up in it. i.e. I have to stop and clean it out every few min.So yeah, it works. Just not as well for my weed eater, as I'd like.I guess I don't recommend for the X.

Fit perfectly on my schindaiwa T242 and easy to install.
