It works great when using it to jump your vehicle but for whatever reason the one I got absolutely will not charge for whatever reason it says it will charge to 100% in 2 hours but I had it on charge for 3-4 hours and it didn't even charge it 1% even though it said on the screen it was charging

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible and cheap product. I was left stranded until I paid additional money to a mobile mechanic because roadside was an over an hour wait to "jump" my car. You will be surprised how many people don't carry jumper cables! So instead of waiting, I paid the mechanic to help me so I would not have to remain stranded. Please if you are a female, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Do not waste your money, worked for 3 jump starts. It has always been on the charger. Battery life at 4% for 3 days now. Might return

DO NOT BUY!!! Finally tried to use this thing when the battery in my truck died and it's absolutely WORTHLESS! Won't hold a charge. Left it plugged up all night and it's still at 0% Charge! Since I'm past the return date I just waisted my money.

My car battery died and I used this but it didn't work and I had to call AAA. My return window has closed so I'm stuck with it but maybe the other functions will come in handy.

This product has failed after 8 months. It is advertised as having a 24-month warranty. Good luck trying to get that honored. Amazon will NOT allow you to contact anyone other than their Artificial Unintelligence. Sure there's a link to "Contact Seller" but because this was "fulfilled by Amazon" they "handle communication with the seller." Which means they PREVENT you from contacting them. You are stuck in an endless FRUSTRATING LOOP of telling the AI you need warranty service, at which point it tells you to just go return the product, which of course you can't because the return window has closed. I fondly remember the days when you could get REAL customer service by chatting with or emailing a friggin' human being! I guess I am out of luck and my $ was wasted. Product worked well when I first received it. Pulled it out yesterday and it was totally dead and would not take a charge.

Absolutely does not output 7000A. Does not start a diesel even when batteries are just a bit low. I have a colleague who has a different brand - his jump start pack claims 2000A and it is much larger, heavier and has much thicker/heavier gauge wire. His starts our trucks with cummins ISX15 no problem. We've literally tried them one after the other (same battery state - a side-by-side comparison). The claim that this unit does 7000A is simply false. It will however start my motorcycle and a passenger car or light pickup with a slightly low battery charge.

Currently stuck at a gas station with no way to get home. My battery died (weak battery) and it just drained all the juice out of this device down to0%. Did not start my car. Useless junk…wish I could get a return. More you use this device less powerful it is
