Forever Link Womens Round Toe Military Lace Up Knit Ankle Cuff Low Heel Combat Boots

I just got my boots today and they arrived a couple of days early.. I have an issue with one of my feet that makes one of my feet swell up so I have to get a bigger size and if I can get my shoes and boots in a wide size I do because I like to wear my thick socks with them... It said that I should buy a size 9 but I ordered a size 8 1/2 and they fit both of my feet comfortably and they are wide enough for my socks.. I would say that they are true to size... they have a round toe so they don't get tight at the toe.. I don't think that the description is accurate they don't look like "combat" boots I think that you can wear them to dress up or casual.. They were a little bit slippery and squeaky when I first put them on and I left them on for several hours and they stopped making noise and when I was putting them back in the box I noticed a piece of clear tape on the bottom of the boot so I'm sure that's what made them feel slippery so don't forget to take the tape off the bottom of the boot.. I love the color as well.. They are not a bright red they are just a little bit darker than a bright red but they are obviously red.. When I was looking for some red boots I saw a lot of people complaining about the heels coming off of several different boots but these boots seem to have a solid heel and they look like they are expensive.. On my budget they were kind of expensive so I was prepared to return them if they looked like they were cheaply made but I'm for sure going to keep them.. I guess my review is that I love them and they look nice and hopefully they will last a long time I'm not going to wear them on a regular basis and I think that they look very nice... I'm very satisfied and I don't regret spending a little extra money for them I think that they are going to be worth it... I tried to put a picture of them in my review but I couldn't get it to add it...

Perfect fit and very comfortable! These boots feel great right out of the box—no break-in needed. The sizing is spot on, and they’re easy to walk in for long periods. They look stylish while still being practical, and the quality feels solid. Definitely a great buy!

I had low expectations buying this because the price was a little lower than others, but I’m glad I took a chance because they are great so far. Love the zipper, but the laces could be a little better. I don’t know how it will hold up long term, but I went walking for hours outside in the woods and it was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the leather was pushing into the top of my foot and my heel a little on the left side, and these were the correct size so I believe it needs to be broken in that’s all. I would reccomend this and probably buy another color even.

I absolutely love these boots. I wear them daily though, so the bottoms start to separate a lot sooner than I’d like them to. But they’re amazing for the price and the cutest boots I’ve ever bought. Super pleased with them. This was the second time I’ve bought them because I love them so much. I really like that they’re not clunky and wide. Doc martens are so cute, but I really don’t like how wide, clunky and round? they are… so I prefer these ones. They’re more to a point and not super wide. I guess that would make them last longer, but idk. I prefer the look of these so I suppose it’s worth it. As for water resistance? They’re great…. Until the bottom starts to separate lol then you better bring extra socks everywhere if you live in Washington like me. All in all, I’ll buy them again.

I first purchased these boots two years ago. They were perfect for an outfit and I loved the look and comfort of them, especially since they do not come in wide. While these boots do not keep your feet warm in the winter, they do help you stay dry. The soles were beginning to detach and I got tired of constantly gluing them, so I bought a new pair. Although the price is the same, the quality has since dropped considerably. The heels are now hollow unlike the first pair and fell apart within the month. It was awful and terribly uncomfortable for my feet since the heels essentially collapsed. I just had them returned for a free refund in hopes it was a fluke, but this newest pair is the same. It is very unfortunate and I would not buy these again.

These are exactly the same model and much better quality of the upper side of my old USD$100 Steve Madden Martin/ Combat Boots. They are SO comfy. The laces are functional but you can easily wear them as they have a working zipper in the inside side. They are layered in breathable textile and the sole is very comfy. I have rather wide ankles and the zip can be closed to the top. They are round shaped and wide enough to be used for painful feet conditions, such as Hallux Valgus or Fascitis, without pressuring anywhere or causing pain (I have both problems on my feet and it is a nightmare to get proper shoes for me). Size: Usually I am 8 and ordered a 8,5 thinking of using them with thick socks + fasciitis insole in the back side and painful hallux valgus and they fitted perfectly. Just order your usual size or additional 1/2 size if you want to use insoles of thick socking, sizing is okay. Outer looking: good quality. The color is taupe, not beige, not gray, but something in between. I've used them already several times and they are fine. It's PU, synthetic leather, when you pick them from the box eventually you would say they look kind of "plastic", yes, you won't be able to say it could be real leather, yet has some "light leather texture", overall, they look really really nice when you have them on your feet. They don't look cheap, at all. Sole: good quality. I've used once shoes from China that mark your feet with squares when walking and even feeling some stones beneath your soles, but it is not the case. The walking experience with them is nice. Very comfy and thermal insolation is more than appropriate. Sweaty feet? I would recommend not to think of these ones as regular daily- unique pair. My feet are kind of sweaty and even using cotton blend socks, if you wear them two days in a row they could be a bit smelly. However, when you use it your feet feel fresh and warm during the day. Packaging: they came impeccably packed in a sturdy box and wrapped in silk paper, inside filled with paper to keep the shape intact. Conclusion: best match for a super versatile, girly but classic Martin/ Combat boot without paying too much that looks great, will be with you at least a couple of years and keep you warm and comfy during the day.

I purchased these in black and brown a couple of years ago. The brown started to split from the outer sole after about a year and the heel of one of the black split open just a couple of months ago. They were cheap so I thought ehh...they did their job for a length of time. The heel that split showed the build to be hollow rather than solid, which I thought was strange, but perhaps a one-off manufacturing error. I got a new set of the black boots on Black Friday as it was at a terrific price. They felt pretty good straight away, and they seemed to have a much softer 'feel' to the heel area. FF to this past week (late Dec 2024), when I felt the heels were really soft, and I decide to examine them, particularly after a light drizzle of rain equated to my left foot getting wet inside the boot. The heels on BOTH boots were split right across, revealed...yep! Hollow heels, not solid! I'm betting all the boots in this listing have hollow heels, which of course keeps manufacturing costs down and replacement numbers high. It's a huge shame as they're otherwise comfortable enough boots. Won't be repurchasing, I'm afraid.

I never buy cheap shoes, but this time I had no choice bc i needed them asap. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Great quality for the price! I love the style too. Exactly what I was looking for.

These are soooo comfortable. They are size 9 US and I am AU 9. They fit perfectly. I have average width feet. There is also wiggle room for toes. I am SO happy as it is such a risk with shoes. I ordered them on the 15th June and they arrived 23rd June. About a week with expedited international delivery. AMAZING especially with the pandemic delays. Thankyou Forever Link and Amazon!
