I bought this vitamin B12 because my doctor told me to take this vitamin so I settled on this one and it's doing my body good. I like it because it's chewable and is absorbed into my body faster than a pill does. I alway by the Amazon brand because the price is good and it works well.

ok...firstly...they are delivered..no extra going to the medicine aisle/or the store. next ..they are tasty, I always am tempted to eat another..but that is a big no-no.
