a good read.

It gets a little boring at time, but overall it is a good read. I think there are more and more doctors who are willing to share their dark humorous sides to people, taking a little risk. So maybe it is good to use a pseudo name for the safety of not offending colleagues. After all, we have to live and work in the field we chose and need to make peace with those people in our field.
