Match#1 Money in the Bank Ladder MatchEdge v. Randy Orton v. Jeff Hardy v. Mr. Kennedy v. Matt Hardy v. Finlay v. King Booker v. CM Punk- I really enjoyed this as the opener, Jeff Hardy is freaking amazing in ladder matches and he did not disappoint in this one. Lots and lots and lots of cool spots in this one. Kennedy did the Greenbay Plunge onto Hornswoggle off of a ladder. SIck. Mr. Kennedy gets the win and becomes Mr. Money in the Bank. 4/5.Match#2 The Great Khali v. Kane- Not much you can say about this match, only thing that came out of it was Kane slamming Khali. Khali gets the win here. 2.3/5.Match#3 United States Championship: Chris Benoit(c) v. MVP- This was good match, I rememeber it being a technical one. MVP stepped that night and every time he was in the ring with Benoit. Benoit gets the win after a headbutt from the tope rope. 3.3/5.Match#4 World Heavyweight Championship: Batista(c) v. The Undertaker. "The Title vs. The Streak".This match was away better then I thought it would be. Damn near stole the show. Finishers. Tables. Hell of a Title match. But, The Undertaker gets the win and wins the World Title. Keepng the streak alive. 4/5.Match#5 The ECW Originals v. The New BreedThe match wasn't that long, but it was entertaining. Once it all broke down, RVD got the win with a Five Star Frog Splash. 2.7/5.Match#6 Hair v. Hair Match with Stone Cold as the Guest Referee. Lashley (w/ Trump) vs. Umaga (w/ Vince)This match was pretty good, epecially with all the build and energy behind. It was fun. Stone Cold wouldn't let any man push him around, classic Stone Cold. Some shenanigans from the McMahons. But it wouldn't help, Cause a stunner and spear sealed his fate. He was shaved bald. 3.5/5.Match#7 Lumberjill Match for the Women's Championship: Melina(c) v. AshleyThis match.. Lol. Bathroom break, for sure. 1.3/5.(Main Event) Match#8 WWE Championship: John Cena(c) v. Shawn MichaelsWow. I absolutley loved this match. A great main event! HBK is fantastic and Cena doesn't get enough credit, takes two to make a match. And having one of them being HBK does help out a lot. If you haven't this match, check it out. Crowd was awesome as well. Cena got the win after making HBK tapout to the STFU. Great WWE Title main event. Check this out. Very underated. 4.5/5.WMania23 was a really good show! Money In The Bank Ladder Match : Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy vs. King Booker vs. Finlay vs. C.M. Punk vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. Randy Orton vs. Edge- This opening match for WM was pretty good. But, in my opinion, too many people compete in this match (eight !) and the intensity and action was not as good as the WM 22's Money In The Bank Ladder Match.Kane vs. The Great Khali - I like the look of the Great Khali, but this wrestler has no wrestling ability at all ! The only move he can make is a choke slam, and not even a good one. WWE should send him back to training before putting him one day on pay-per-view card like WM. Kane was great in this match, like always is. He should have win this one, but the WWE has decided to make The Great Khali looks good. In fact, too good for what he will ever be able to do in a ring. WWE need to have a giant in their company, but the Great Kahli will never be the successor of the Big Show or Andre The Giant. I will stay what he is today: a giant without any technique. WWE should search for another giant if it wants to find a real successor for the Big Show.United States Championship Match - Chris Benoit vs. MVP- Benoit give 100% of himself to show the wrestling fan terrific action. This is why Benoit is so popular. It is obvious, by viewing this match that MVP was not in the same class as Benoit was. In my opinion, Benoit is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. It's always a pleasure to see him in a match.World Heabyweight Championship Match - The Undertaker vs. Batista- Like always, Batista show us how poor his wrestling abilities are. Batista has a great look, a terrific body, good charisma, but he really don't know how to wrestle to make a match look great, that's a pity. Fortunately, the Undertaker makes these match worth the watch it. Overall, it was a great match and it deserved to be in the main event of WM, not in the middle of the card.ECW Originals vs. The New Breed - This one was a good one, but he could have be better if the rules have been those of a hardcore match.Battle of the Billionaires: Hair vs Hair Match - Bobby Lashley (w/ Donald Trump) vs. Umaga (w/ Mr McMahon) - This match was an average one, not as good as it could have been, but the storyline with Donald Trump and Vince McMahon added a little entertainment to this bout.WWE Women's Title Match - Ashley vs. Melina- This match is a shame for the entire WM legacy. It was one of the worst WM match ever. Usually, the women matches offer a lot of action, but not this one. It was good to see all the divas outside the ring, but are we here to watch a wrestling match or a playboy summer party? Ashley is not even a wrestler and she should never had a match in a WM card. It's a shame here not to use the most gifted women wrestlers for this match. Victora vs. Melina would have been a terrific match for WM 23.WWE Championship Match - Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena - This first half of this match was of poor quality. The second half was by fare better. WWE should realise what fast every wrestling fan has already see: John Cena is not a good wrestler. In fact, he is one of the worst there was and the worst there is. WWE always try to make look him good, and it's a shame for all other wrestlers who deserve by fare better treatment that John Cena does. For Shawn Michaes, WWE should realise that he doesn't have anymore what it takes to be part of the main event of pay-per-view cards. The Shawn Michaels of today is not the Shwan Michaels of the 90's. WWE could still use Shawn Michael in their pay-per-view, but not for the main event. Still, because of the good second half of this match, this match was not so bad.It's a shame that the match Ric Flair & Carlito vs. Chavo Gerrero & Gregory Helms was not part of the official Wrestlemania card.And tell me, how WWE can use for WM wrestlers with low wrestling abilities like Batista, John Cena and The Great Kahli, and not use top class wrestlers like Victoria, Rob Van Dam, Sabu, Charlie Hass, Super Crazy, Shelton Benjamin, Snitsky and Deuce & Domino ?The day we saw matches like Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michals, Bret Hart vs. Roddy Pipper and the likes are long gone away.I hope that the next edition of WM will be better than this one.

WrestleMania 23 is perhaps not my most favourite WrestleMania of all time, but I have to say that it is a watchable WrestleMania with some pretty decent matches.Match of the night had to be the match between World Heavyweight Champion Batista, who was facing off against the RR 2007 winner The Phenom The Undertaker. This was the first time that Batista and The Undertaker actually met in the ring in a one on one contest. Both superstars put on a performance that was just amazing, both Batista and The Undertaker gave the WWE universe, a match that should be talked about. Batista was slightly close on ending the streak of the Undertaker, but Undertaker found the way of giving Batista the Tombstone Piledriver and to leave WrestleMania still undefeated and the new World Heavyweight Champion. 5/5Shawn Michaels vs John Cena for the WWE Championship was a pretty decent match, but do prefer the match they had on RAW in the UK, where the match itself lasted a good sixty minutes. Though it should have been Shawn Michael's night of walking out of WrestleMania the new WWE Champion, the match itself was still decent to watch with John Cena retaining the WWE Championship by making HBK tap out to the STFU. 4/5Seeing the chairman of the WWE Mr McMahon getting his head shaved on the grandest stage of them all was quite funny to see, as Mr McMahon's chosen superstar Umaga, lost to ECW Champion Bobby Lashley. We also had the appearance of Stone Cold Steve Austin who gave the chairman of the WWE a usual Stone Cold Stunner, with Mr McMahon's hair completely shaved off. 3/5The rest of WrestleMania 23 was pretty decent, with the Money in the Bank ladder match perhaps being the fourth best match of the night with amazing spots, including Randy Orton giving CM Punk a RKO off the ladder. 4/5Overall WrestleMania 23 was decent with some good and bad matches and would recommend for the four matches that I've spoken about.

the whole thing looks good on the packaging and promotion, but its certaintly not the best wrestlemania ever..some good matches and some appalling waiste of time matches...the trump /mcmahon/haircut angle was v entertaining but i coudnt watch it over...the best match was the first match money in the bank , it seemed a bit rushed for the time they had but was violent, brutal and breathtaking action and edge gettin carried out wen he was mangled on the ladder by jeff hardy was nasty !...overall an average wrestlemania with some good spots, buy it watch it or copy it then sell it i say
