Excellent package and a great deal. I was very pleased with how sturdy the stand is in particular. A few notes to make things even better:1. Assembly: There are no assembly instructions included nor instructions as to where to find them. They are online at uscuttersupport where there is a good video to walk you through the process. It took about an hour to assemble from start to finish, with the help of a second pair of hands for about 10 minutes of that time to get the crossbar lined up and attached on the stand.2. Vinyl: The included vinyl is all gloss vinyl. It has worked well, but there are applications for which a matte finish is preferred. So, heads up - if you want a matte finish, you may want to order vinyl separately.3. Accessories: Really everything that you need to use the cutter is included, from software to vinyl to a weeding set. However, here are two things that I have purchased in addition and found worth the extra expense:i. 31 inch Aluminum Big Foot Safety Ruler for Vinyl Cutting Trimming This 31" safety ruler makes it much easier to cut straight lines and to do so safely.ii. Fiskars Fingertip Craft Knife This Fiskars knife is inexpensive and its design gives you good leverage. The knife included in the set is a bit difficult to hold. (note that the included self-healing cutting mat is wonderful!)Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my vinyl cutter. I worked in the sign industry for 10 years (through the '90's) and always wanted to buy my own vinyl cutter, but was discouraged by the price of a good friction feed plotter (i.e., Mimaki or Roland). The price was was right and all of the extras are worth the value. The instructions can be found online and assembly was fairly simple. The software could definitely use some work, but it's a free software license, so there's no need to purchase an expensive sign-cutting software suite. If you do most of your design work in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, which can both export in Scalable Vector Graphics format (.svg), then you'll be very pleased with results of your plotted graphics. Again, a bargain for a 24" plotter, and the extras that you get in the bundle.

We have a fleet of vehicles and figured for the price, why not buy this and see how it does. It was approximately equal to what we had been paying to letter one truck. With 4 new trucks needing lettered this year, we figured it was a fair gamble to take. We are pleasantly surprised at this machine. It works great. We do have a pre-existing license to Adobe cloud something to manipulate what we want to cut as the free software that comes with isn't anything to get excited about. But the machine works well and has done exactly what we needed it to do.

I love this product. You get a lot for little money. I really did not like the sign software cause I am used to flexi. You really get everything you need to do signs.

Great starter kit, comes with everything you need. Been using it to make stickers and heat transfers.

I use this cutter constantly with my hobby. Unfortunately, my hobby is turning into a part time job. Everyone wants a sticker or a shirt. This cutter works very reliably for me. I have put several rolls of vinyl and heat transfer through it. The software is easy to use and does everything I need. I found that replacing the blades occasionally is a big help with accurate cutting.

I love this cutter. Pretty much perfect machine. The only negative thing I can say about it is no instructions for assembly of the stand. Other than that perfect
