Very happy with this purchase. As a yoga teacher with a little bit of knowledge on Thai massage I am very happy with this book that has been very well written in a style accessible to anyone interested in learning the subject. I love the photos, descriptions and references to yoga asanas (postures). The title is correct as this reference really is a complete guide. I often find myself buying lots of books on a subject to find what I'm looking for but this time I found it straight away, don't waste time buying cheaper books if this subject is of serious interest to you just buy this one !

この値段で内容が濃いと思います。ストレッチも基本的なものがほどよく載っており、センについても細かく書いてあります。仰向け・うつ伏せ・横向きの手順の流れも載っています。熟練経験者には少し物足りないかもしれません。

I recently started practicing Thai massage and I love this book the best of the three books I purchased. I’m a yoga instructor as well and I really like how this book shows corresponding yoga postures associated with the Thai yoga movements. You can’t go wrong with this book, a great reference.
