I don't know if I can measure the success of these pills but they are easy to take and if they help at all, as I age, that will be wonderful.

This product actually seems to work. About 30 minutes after taking this, I felt more relaxed and focused. The capsules are easy to swallow. I didn't have any stomach problems or headaches after taking this. I took one on an empty stomach and that worked for me.

This compound includes some of the most known ingredients for maintaining a healthy brain, and one ingredient that I've never heard of before was Kesum. Before taking the vitamin, I did some research. To my surprise, I learned that Kesum is actually growing in my yard- ha! But, we call it mint or Vietnamese coriander or as my mom calls it- Rau Răm. So, I have had it in tea or in my pho, but I have never taken it as a supplement. It took me a few days to notice any effect, but I can say that my mind it's more clear... rather than having the previous brain fog I was waking up to...So, this herb though has many medicinal properties according to my mom and its probably why she always makes the tea for me when I am sick. The herb is primarily used to treat digestive issues such as diarrhea and constipation. This is also one of the prime herbs to consume in case of a stomach ache as well as swelling. The leaf has a anti-inflammatory property and helps with acne. Also, it has an Anti-Bacterial property... now the bummer and what people really need to know...This herb is used to suppress the need for sex. Many Buddhist monks use this mint to help them remain celibate for life.

Just did not realize any positive impacts from using this for a month. I do take quality supplements already and am mostly vegan, so perhaps that lifestyle cancelled out some of the intended effects? Not sure. May work for some folks, so probably worth a try; just didn't work for me.

When it comes to supplements, it is a hit and miss process. When it comes to mood and cognition, it is important to be cautious when testing out a new supplement. LEt's see how my experience was.WHAT ARE THESE LIKE?I was rather amused when I looked up Kesum prior to taking this supplement, I had to chuckle. Previously I have grown this plant also known as Vietnamese coriander. There is also an assortment of other things I have grown in the past- turmeric, curry leaf, and gotu kola (never grew that one). There is also vitamins C and E.The pills are a gel cap with powder inside. There is not a strong odor, but it does smell herby.HOW DO THESE PERFORM?The recommended dosage is 1 or 2 pills in the morning. They do not say they have to be with a meal.ANY EFFECTS?I did notice that I do have a better focus as the day goes on, and I do not have any dizziness, headaches, or other contrary effects that I can tell at this point. I have had a few times of emotional reactions more than normal, but at those times, more intense things happened so it is not fair to judge by that. I am still experimenting with it.BURPING BACK?I have not experienced burping back with these pills.THE BOTTOM LINEFor increased cognition, and possible mood enhancement, these pills seem to help some. I am not sure if the mood enhancement is positive or not with me at this point sometimes, but on the whole it seems to be okay.MY RATINGFive stars for now, but if I do connect the emotional experience with these pills in the future, I will be changing my rating and amending this review.

Capsules are easy to take. I also like that you aren't supposed to take like 5 a day. I hate taking pills so I can tolerate just 1 or 2. No taste and even after I burped there wasn't a taste from them. As for how they work...I've been take a week or so. I do feel I can focus a little more. I tend to get side tracked on a lot of things and I seem to be focusing more. Sometimes it takes a longer time to notice a difference in meds like this. I hope it ends up working well. I need to focus more. I have 2 children school age and I'm constantly being pulled every which way. I rarely finish I start but I don't think any ADD meds are going to help. I'm just busy and the meds are going to change my busy life haha.
