Yes, this product is great for descaling water lines with mineral buildup. If the ice machine has buildup inside the waterlines this should effectively clear those lines.

Will this work for an LG front-loader washing machine? I need it to clean the pump, tub, and drain lines.

I would not trust this product on heavy buildup.

You should rig up a pump and let it circulate for about 45 mins.

What is in this besides hydrochloric acid? My tankless water heater manufacturer Rinnai seems to only recommend vinegar, no harsh chemicals.
