Perfect for diabetic feet and ankles. Also exfoliating and keeps the skin moist and healthy. Its really good to wear socks after using it so you don't get it in your shoes and slippers. Not at all greasy and absorbs very well. Has a small amount of urea in it so use sunscreen on exposed skin after using it. Great for sensitive skin as well. Kinda has a strange maple syrup smell though. Would prefer fragrance free. Would recommend it and it is a good value for the money. Great size.

Full Disclosure: I do not have diabetes. It does run in my family however. Both of my parents developed diabetes in their 60s and 70s. We also have a history of having dry, papery skin that appears in our lower legs and ankles. Some even develop ulcers there. I’m getting older and noticing a thinning of my skin on my lower legs and feet. I had an ulcer there a few years back after surgery. I’ve been thinking of doing some Preemptive practices in taking better care of my legs and feet. I saw this product on Amazon and it ticked many of the boxes as far as ingredients are concerned, plus it is fragrance free, you get a lot of product, and at a very attractive price point. Also it said it could be used on the face and I was experiencing some dryness and irritation on my face from adapalene. I didn’t have high expectations for this but this product worked very well, and very quickly. My lower legs were papery and discolored. I put this on and an hour later I could see a significant difference, both on my legs and on my face. The discoloration is still there but the overall texture and feel of my skin is much improved with only two days of use. As I said before, I do not have diabetes and the condition of my skin was not severe - but this helped in ways other products did not. It seems to really get in and soften up that papery layer. The leg that had the surgery tends to show flakiness more than the other. I followed this up with a layer of healing ointment on that leg and it’s almost like nothing ever happened there. Really groovy. When I put this on my face it did sting on the dry irritated areas but it worked. I don’t find it to be greasy at all. This is a nice find.

I never leave reviews, this has to be one of the best creams In the market! Although, it’s intended for diabetics dry skin… it worked on my inflamed and cracked eczema skin! My skin return back to normal within two days!

Only lotion that actually works for my skin and doesn’t irritate my skin only lotion that healed my skin with my skin was peeling and very irritating and burning keeps me very moisturized I don’t ever have to reapply it unless I want to and I normally never have to it has great consistency wish it was cheaper cuss I never want to spend much on products I hate the fact it only comes in this small size I use a lot of lotion so this doesn’t last me but maybe a few weeks if that I wish they came in like a 36oz or at least at 20-22oz bottle because these little bottles just don’t do it for me it’s not too thick but not to watery it has great consistency it’s lightweight I like that it doesn’t have really a huge smell I have a very sensitive nose so I can’t use stuff that have to much of a smell so this is perfect I highly recommend you for sure should try it I love it I wish they would sponsor me or at least send me a few free bottles

This cream is amazing - whether you are diabetic or not. My hands and feet get very dry in the winter. With the first application I could feel my skin drinking up all the moisture. I immediately felt more comfortable with that first application. This is the first day that I’ve used it, but it feels so much different than other products. I will update this post as I continue to use this. It’s a bit pricey, but I find that just a little bit is needed. It is immediately absorbed into the skin and leaves no greasy film. It is odorless too, which, at least for me, is a big plus.

This stuff is amazing. I am not Diabetic but have extremely dry skin on my legs, specifically. They are dry, flaky, and scaly. I have used another lotion/cream for a very long time that I thought was working but was really just sitting on top of my skin. This product with Urea really actually helps heal your dry skin and not just sit on top of it. I'm a Licensed Esthetician, I'm not sure I would recommend using it on your face though.
