Grillaholics Nylon Grill Brush for Porcelain Grates

this is the best grill brush I have found to clean the grates on my Weber Q120 propane grills porcelain coated cast iron grates.

Use when grill is cold, works well, inexpensive. So far good results.

I bought this for my Weber with porcelain enameled grates. The brush does a decent job removing looser debris stuck to grates, but struggles with the more caked on materials (like BBQ sauce). This may have more to do with the grates (vs. brush), though.

I bought this brush and also have a Weber nylon brush. This one has almost twice the surface area and cleans faster. The bristles easily clean the grill grates without a lot of effort (be sure to use it on a cold grill). It is not cheap, but good quality. The long handle makes the job easier.

I know these brushes are designed for porcelain grates. But, it is the best grill cleaner I've ever used. There is no give to the "bristles" so it grinds away even the toughest messes on my husbands smoker. We don't use brushes with steel bristles for safety reasons, which is why I tried this one. It is far superior to any grill brush or stone I've ever used. Z

This gets the job done without destroying the porcelain covered grills

For Starters- Common sense that (Because of the bristles material) you have to use this brush when the grill is COLD. It gets dirty/greasy quick, so you should probably clean it after every use. DON'T clean over your sink or you may clog it eventually due to the grease runoff, etc. Steel still work best, but can be more dangerous if you swallow a steel/metal bristle.
