How Big Is It?

There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.

I’m 5’5 and pregnant at 185 . 2 weeks before due date😁 I recommend the Large. That’s what I have. I love it. Especially for posture

How do I know how much to inflate?

Dear, please know that the size of our ball is the height and diameter of the ball.
If you ordered the M (48-55cm) size, please mark the height of ​55 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to 48-​5​5cm high according to your comfort level. 
If you ordered the L (58-65cm) size, please mark the height of ​65 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to 58-​65cm high according to your comfort level. 
If you ordered the XL (68-75cm) size, please mark the height of ​75 cm on the wall, and then inflate it to  68-75cm high according to your comfort level. 
It is recommended to fill it up to 80% for the first inflation, and then properly inflate according to the usage. FYI attached please find the inflation video, thank you. Please keep it away from anything sharp, pets, heater or wood furniture, thank you very much.​
