Lighter than average (about 3 pounds for A3L), looks sharp, and the price is right.

As a lankey, novice, new roller, this was a great alternative to Lankey Fight Gear which is pricer and low stock. A1L ordered 5'8" 130lbs female. Fits perfect for a tall and light weight person. Typical A2 sizes are for upwards of 170lbs and im usually swimming in the pants. Extrememly lightweight and soft. Unsure of durabilty with the mesh guesset. A 10+ years experienced partner was concerned of tearing easily in that area and unsure if competition legal. Free White Belt kinda sucks, its almost like a quilt and so soft it doesnt like to stay taught. Its noticabley not as wide or coarse as my experienced partner belts.

Likes: The price is the best aspect. I can get 3 of these for the price of one from other brands. This is perfect for somebody who rolls 3-4 times a week and isn't up for destroying a $100 gi in fundamentals classes. The gi is plain, so your jiu-jitsu is the focus, not some giant letters, patch, kanji, or skull emblazoned on my gi in an obnoxious fashion. I'm not sponsored by any of these guys nor skilled enough to look like I might be. Besides, those "ego gi's" just scream come choke me, I watch UFC and saw a Ryan Hall video so I know what I'm doing. Very lightweight but still feels significantly more substantial than say the Century gi you may get for free when you sign up at a gym. Jacket fit well. I'm 6'3" 210 and went with the A4. Enough room to move around and never felt restrained or restricted. Ehhs: Lapel and pants felt thinner than other options I have. The pants/drawstring didn't have much extra pull/room in the waist. I'm on the lanky side so this wasn't an issue, but anyone with a 36-inch waist or above may have issues with the A4. Dislikes: The sleeves remind me of bell-bottom pants. Never seen this on any other gi. Opponents definitely have more to grab. I've included a pic of me standing with our instructor. You can see the drastic difference in sleeve width between this gi and the Gold.

My son finally out grew his first bjj gi and my first instinct was to replace it with a bigger version of the same. To my surprise the price had increased significantly (as with most things during these times). After a few weeks of research (reading reviews :) ) of other brands, we decided to give this one a shot. This brand was less expensive and the reviews were great. After receiving the gi, my first reaction was that it was well made. It 'felt' like quality. What i really liked about it most was the material seemed lighter and flexible than the old gi. This lighter material lent to much more 'cooler' bjj sessions and movements were made easier. This is a great buy... go get it!

True to size; and the stitching looks cool imo. Not too many badge emblems either. Holding up well after a couple of months.

Followed the sizing chart and it worked out great. I went with the A2H. Arms are slightly wide but I'm expecting this to shrink up a bit after washing. Others have commented with issues on the drawstring. I didn't find one and the string is long enough. Very lightweight and comfortable at a great price. I will be buying more of these.

Just got this Gi, it feels great and is as advertised. Great value for the money and seems like it will hold up in training. It’s a bit large, but I feel a smaller size would have been too small. I am hoping it shrink a bit, and if it does, I will be completely happy. For the cost, it seems like a great deal. I’ll be sure to update my review as I get more use out of it.

I did not try on the pants because the top didn’t fit. Jacket was super lightweight however I’m 5,4 weigh 240, wear a 14 in women. It wouldn’t close felt like it was about a size smaller than expected. I recommend to size up, but you might have to fix the length on pants. Not sure if it was the brand but I would have loved it if it had fit right.

Amazingly light and still durable!

Very cool and very light, which helps a lot for gruelling gradings where I need to wear a white gi to look the part. Underarms are vented, which I haven't seen anyone else do. Ideal for stuffy and hot summer sessions. Black on white contrast stitching is quite sharp, and I like the black trim on side vents of skirt. Pant legs seem to be cut slightly wider than more fitted gis. Most likely illegal for IBJJF competition at 350 gsm. Excellent value for money.

Over the past 8 years I have worn out 5 different gis. This gi is as light as I would want to go for material, but it feels strong enough. I was happy to see that the armpit vents were NOT part of the white gi I was sent. I ordered an A3 (I am 6'0 and an athletic 170 lbs, 32x32 pants). The pants are perfect, not too wide or narrow. The jacket fits a little differently than others I have tried. It is more fitted when fully closed and the lapels form a deeper V in the chest than I am used to. The sleeve length is perfect. I will wash this one carefully so that it does not shrink. I would give this 5/5 if the jacket had an inch or two more material in the front panels. It fits like an A2L in other brands. Excellent price for the product.

Love love love this gi! Nice and lightweight, while still being robust enough for even the most spirited rolls. I’m a heavyweight (250lbs) and roll with other like minded and sized gorillas. It had held up to all of my training partners abuses. The jacket is a pearl weave with a nice lapel on it. The pants are very light, rip stop material. The pants are fairly roomy, however I don’t mind it at all. I liked my black one so much, I bought a blue one a few days later.
