Move this product to the top of the list.
Like many other reviews, I’d tried many other products, electric combs, vacuum gadgets, sprays. We even tried the Cetafil face cleanser (8 hour) application to no avail. I repeatedly washed bedding, sprayed furniture and combed my boys hair from Memorial Day to mid July before trying this product. BTW: Sklice was on back order at the pharmacy due to the “epidemic” of super lice we are having. After hundreds of dollars of worthless Nit and Rid and other “pediatrician recommended” products, dimethicone finally did the trick. Amazon should move this to the top of the list of lice products. Unfortunately, I only found it after wasting so much time and money on junk.

FINALLY SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!
Awesome!! My twins are in kindergarten, And this is our second go around with lice. The first time we used over the counter, and it didn’t work. I contacted a lice clinic , and they said 100% dimithicone. I ordered this stuff and combed out dead bugs! Now, just to get every last nit. One daughter has thick hair with a longer bob, and one has thin long hair. I was able to use one bottle on each of them TWICE. Will definitely be stocking up on this!!

Only thing that really works for us
LIFE SAVER!!!!! I dealt with reoccurring super lice on all five of my kids for 6+ months. I spent probably 1000 dollars + on the shampoos, sprays, bedding sprays, electric combs and gadgets to rid of this stuff. It has me in years a few times. My last hope was this stuff and I wish I had tried it first. Follow thw directions ans use it as directed and the lice have been gone for 3+ months now and I keep this in stock in my house now. My sanity has returned!!!!!!

Kills lice 300%
Buy it and don’t question it. I listened to these other reviews. This stuff works amazing. Lice was literally washing out of the hair and I could see them going down the drain. I wish I would have found it before I spent over $100 on other products...

Swear by this stuff now
Been fighting these little annoyances for weeks on end with 4 kids in school and 1 in daycare. This stuff is a gift from heaven. U do need to wash hair a couple times after the initial rinse out and combing process. But I'll take greasy hair over infested any day!

It works if you put the time into everything!
It works! Use as directed! Follow the instructions and use 3 times. Follow up with lice shampoo. Also comb out every few days. Wash bedding every two days and wash pillow cases daily until all treatments are done.

Only thing that works!
Wow! This stuff is a blessing! My kids have had lice from school since early December! We have tried Everything! We did the third treatment today and don’t see any bugs! Thank you thank you!

Great product
Product works well however it takes more then three treatments to take full effect. No smells or harsh chemicals. Great product
