I am a 43 year old woman that does a combination of weight training and HIIT/cardio weekly 4 times a week and i have noticed such a difference in my fitness performance, stamina and endurance! I am still working on my general diet as a pescetarian (working progress lol). I use unflavoured mix which dissolves well and include with my homemade protein shakes that includes plant based milk (i dont use with just water so cannot comment on that and dissolvibility), fruit (fresh or frozen), flaxseed, berries, peanut butter and anything else I chuck in to get the maximum benefits. Have not experienced any digestive issues and take 2 scoops every other day. That alone has made such a difference as i dont take any other fitness supplements. Definitely recommend for the long term.

I really like this powder. I ran out for 4 days and really noticed my energy levels flagging. I add some in coffee or tea or water and this is so easy to use. I am used to it, but follow instructions to avoid any side effects. It mixes well, is water soluable and better value for money than some. It can taste a bit bitter in coffee, but I find adding a teaspoon of some salted butter in the morning helps. Can add cream and some cinamon powder. I don't have any side effects. Its great for women and men, we bot need it

Best value for money, really easy to take. Dissolves really well in water, I just go for the plain, unflavoured one. Gets the job done! Highly recommend lads and ladies!

This is a great creatine powder. Creatine is creatine, however I do find some brands aren't as fine of a powder as this one. Easy to mix, easy to use and great value for money. Doesn't taste like anything so i just chuck it into my morning protein shake. As its.a small amount in a large milkshake I dont even notice the texture. It is truley micronised creatine, serves its function well.
