works great with my office phone system
Initially it did not work using the headset port. Had to disconnect the handset and replace with this connection but not a big deal. Works fine. Phone rings, lift handset and set it down on the desk. Sound quality is good. Lightweight. Our office system is "Inter-tel" and this works fine with it.

This product would be great if it cancelled any noise at all, or didn’t magnify noises behind you.

Great, easy to use head set.
This headset is easy to use, just plug it in and you are all set. There wasn't any information on how to answer calls, but luckily I had read in the reviews to just press the speaker phone switch. Volume is adjusted using the phone's volume control. Calls are clear and I haven't had any complaints.

I thought it would be good because of the brand. But you get what you pay for. It’s cheap, because it is. Terrible sound quality.

Poor sound quality
Headset is handsome and comfortable, but the person on the other end said my voice kept breaking up. I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me very well. Disappointing.

Works with Mitel/Aastra 6865i
Worked great with the phones we use at the office. There's no volume control on the unit, you need to adjust the sound from the attached desk phone. Was exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Honestly it sounds better than any other wired headset we've tried for these phones (Mitel 6865i)

These are awesome and the customer service outstanding as we had a different type of phone system they helped us right away and got our problem solved.

Works pretty well
My husband needed this for work and he's pretty happy with it. The headset is a bit tight and stiff but better than holding the phone with his shoulder.
